WMS Logistics Vision Suite was implemented at the warehouse complex of the logistics operator "MC logistics CIS"

The automotive tire market in Russia is a highly competitive area that requires participants to conduct business in accordance with changing conditions. To improve the efficiency of work and implement the "Chesny Znak» marking system, the logistics operator "MC Logistics CIS" starts the project of modernization of the warehouse complex and holds a tender for the selection of a warehouse management system.

Based on the results of the review by the logistics operator "MC Logistics CIS " of the available warehouse management solutions on the market, the company "ANT technologies" signs a contract for the implementation of WMS Logistics Vision Suite at the warehouse complex.

As part of the project, a system was set up and deployed to manage all the processes of the warehouse complex, taking into account the storage and processing of car tires. During the implementation, it was important to take into account all the features of the logistics operator's work with the goods, to set up accounting and processing of products according to the requirements of the "Chesny Znak" marking system.

The warehouse supports a full cycle of work with imported goods in the free circulation mode, and works are being carried out to prepare for the processing of goods under customs control. The system implements all stages of moving products from delivery to the customs warehouse to shipment from the main warehouse to customers.

From the first of November 2020, new rules on the marking of tires came into force. Market participants are prohibited from selling unmarked tires and are obliged to transmit information about all actions with marked products to the "Chesny Znak"  marking system.

WMS Logistics Vision Suite provides the collection and transmission of the necessary information for subsequent accounting in the Honest sign system. The program allows you to enter the article both taking into account the serial number, and without taking into account. This functionality is necessary for the correct operation of the warehouse at the start-up stage and the transition period for the introduction of tire labeling.

Warehouse employee productivity is always an open topic. Various schemes for evaluating work and methods for improving work efficiency are being implemented. In our case, the Logistics Vision Suite already stores all the necessary data for evaluating performance, standards, complaints, etc., which can be used to evaluate the work of each employee and build a further motivational policy.

Upon completion of the WMS Logistics Vision Suite implementation project, the automated warehouse started operating under the management of the implemented system. The installed solution provides not only uninterrupted operation of the warehouse complex, but also when implementing a certain functionality of the system can provide the ability to generate the necessary information in the form of regulatory authorities.
